condition of item needing repairThis earthenware jug was in six major fragments and several small sherds. The object had been previously bonded, but was mis-aligned and adhesive had yellowed with age.Ceramic restoration requirementFull restoration.Materials used to complete the restorationCleaning and Dismantling: Water washable paint stripper and acetone.Consolidant: Paraloid B-72 and acetone.
