| If you would like a broken ceramic object restored, repaired or conserved we can give you an estimate. Please feel free to email or post photographs of your objects with an explanatory covering letter. If you would like to call into the studio please phone to make an appointment 01823 481411 or 07974 657582. In the case of very large or friable objects it is possible to make an onsite visit. Alternatively smaller objects can be posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery, who offer insurance of up to £2,500. Your objects should be very well wrapped preferably with tissue paper and plenty of bubble wrap in a cardboard box. If you do intend posting objects to us please let the studio know in advance. |

Terms and ConditionsESTIMATESAn estimate for restoration or repair would not be regarded as a quote. Due to the nature of the work, every object is different and unforeseen complications can arise from time to time. If any work carried out exceeds the given estimate by more than 10% the customer will be informed.COLLECTION/DELIVERYThe client should collect their ceramic object within two weeks of its completed restoration/conservation, after this time a storage charge will be implemented. If ceramic objects are posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery there will be a small packaging charge as well as postage costs.PAYMENTAll invoices should be paid on collection/delivery of item. We accept cash, cheque or BACS but unfortunately not credit/debit cards.INSURANCEAll ceramic objects are to be covered by owner's insurance whilst restoration/conservation is being undertaken unless agreed otherwise. |
