An estimate for restoration or conservation of an object should not be regarded as a quote. Due to the nature of the work, every object is different and unforeseen complications can arise from time to time. If any work carried out exceeds the given estimate by more than 10% the customer will be informed.
The client should collect their ceramic object within two weeks of its completed restoration/conservation, after this time a storage charge will be implemented.
If ceramic objects are posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery there will be a small packaging charge as well as postage costs.
All invoices should be paid on collection/delivery of item. We accept cash, cheque or BACS but unfortunately not credit/debit cards.
